FAQ'S

  • How should we send our ARTWORK?

    You can send it via regualar mail, email or upload it via the web. We like Adobe PHOTOSHOP and ILLUSTRATOR files. Please convert all text to paths/outlines or curves to eliminate the need for the fonts.

    If you send an Illustrator, file try to send an EPS. If you send a Photoshop file and it is mutli-color, try to include all the layers. We can work with pretty much anything though. TIFFs are great and even original black and white art that we can scan will work. Make sure your digital files are at least 300 dpi. Low resolution web graphics at 72 dpi won't work very well. However, if that's all you have, we can try to fix it up. Please send all art ready to print. If it needs alot of extra work, you may be charged an art fee. We will, of course, let you know before hand, so you can authorize any additional changes. **Please Send your artwork at the exact size you want it printed on the shirt!!! If you can't send it to size, please let us know what size you want it, and we'll size it up for you.

  • What are SCREEN CHARGES/SET-CHARGES and WHY DON'T you have any?

    For every color in a design, a screen has to be made. If you want a shirt that has two colors in the design, we would have to make two screens. If you want shirts with one color printed on the front and one color printed on the back, we would again have to make two screens. All screen/set-up charges are included in the quote we give you.

    We like to keep it simple. There may be some exceptions for really difficult jobs, but we'll let you know first.

  • Can I mix and match shirt colors?

    You can mix and match whatever shirt colors you want at no additional charge as long as the same ink colors can be printed on all the shirts you order. If you want some shirts to have different color inks than others, you will have to pay for a COLOR CHANGE.

    What is a COLOR CHANGE? If you want some of your shirts printed with one ink color and the rest with another, you have to pay for a COLOR CHANGE. The fee isn't crazy, we let you know for sure.

  • Can I mix and match shirt sizes?

    YES, you can get however many of each size you need. If you ordered 50 shirts, you could get 5 small, 25 medium, 18 large and 2 XL. You don't have to get even dozens or even numbers. Larger sizes like XXL and up do cost more, so keep that in mind. Youth sizes are available at no additional cost.

  • Can I get 100 shirts with 2 seperate designs?

    Sure! However, you will be charged as if you were getting 50 shirts of one design and 50 shirts of another design.

  • What kind of shirts do you use?

    The answer is: What kinda shirt do you want? We can get pretty much any kind of shirt you want. We usually print on FRUIT OF THE LOOM value weights or Premium tees, GILDAN Heavy or Ultra tees and B&C (which is fair trade and 100% correct apparel) depending on what the customer wants.

  • Do prices include shipping?

    We'll give you a shipping estimate when we give you a quote. We ship everything via regular mail if you live in Belgium, DPD and UPS are others we use. It's delivered at your doorstep. *NOTE: We are not responsable for actions made by the freight company, nor can we command the driver that is delivering the box(es) to you. Make sure there's always some-one present at the given adress. See QUESTION 16 as well.

  • Can you send me my shirts while we're on the road (on tour)?

    Of course...We'll work with you to get you shirts wherever you may be. We can ship to clubs, MailBoxes, a friend's house...you name it!! This is why a lot of bands have opted our services, we pack the boxes really good and make sure they arrive on time.

    However, we need some space as well, it's impossible to print your stuff on day 1 and to have it delivered day 2 on the other side of the continent, there's miracles sometimes though...

  • Do you have a minimum order?

    Not really...but we do encourage you to order at least 15 shirts in order to have a good deal going on, we can and will do less of course if that's your demand. Remember, the more shirts you order, the cheaper they are.

  • What is your average turn around time?

    As a general rule, we say 7 working days (not including weekend and holidays). This doesn't include shipping time to you're location. Some special orders may take longer. Just let us know your schedule, and we'll see what we can do.

  • Do you do RUSH orders?

    Usually we can accept rush orders, but there may be an additional charge. Contact us to see if it applies to your order. We encourage ordering on time though to avoid pain and frustration in both camps.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    You can pay by banktransfer or online through paypal.com. If you aren't familiar with paypal, let us know and we can send you a paypal invoice.

  • What are my choices for INK colors?

    We can do pretty much anything. Send us a PMS (Pantone Matching System) number, and we'll match it. You can also send us a magazine clipping or paint chip, and we'll mix it to match. We even have neon colors and metallic silver and gold.

    Every ink color is custom mixed to assure the most accurate recreation of your art. Because of the variation in computer monitors, we can not guarantee the full 100% color matching from digital files, but we will try our best.

  • Is it possible for you to design me something?

    In fact, we use to do this more often back in the day, make sure you tried every option possible, your friend, your sisters, your grandma...maybe they have hidden design skills, we don't have a lot of time left besides taking care of the order itself.

    If those options failed, call 911 or just get in touch and we might recommend some people with designer skills...

  • Are the prices mentioned on the TXC site excl VAT?

    Yes, all prices mentioned are excl VAT, this will be calculated on your final quote.

  • Is there a possible way to arange a delivery at the time I want?

    Unfortunately, while we can accomplish a nice printed item for you and a doorstep delivery aranged by us, we can NOT arange an exact hour during the day of delivery, so make sure you either are HOME or you give us an alternative adress where the driver can deliver your package during the daytime, we have no idea who the driver in your area is, since let's say UPS are having 22.000 drivers all over Europe (you got the picture?).

    Please make it easy on yourself and on us and make sure you or somebody else are present during the day of delivery. Thank you for understanding.
